The Grand Recitalist
The Grand Recitalist has all of the features of the Grand Legacy plus an elevated and cantilevered fingerboard. The elevated fingerboard provides excellent access to the upper register. Players comment that this feature gives cutaway like security in playing above the twelfth fret. The cantilevered feature frees up the upper bout for more power and additional contribution to tone coupling with body resonances. This is because the fingerboard is not glued to the soundboard causing a dampening effect. Another advantage of the cantilevered neck is that it can be removed readily by a luthier without damage to the instrument should the body or neck need repair, replacement or adjustment. This is an exclusive feature and adds value for the player�s future with the instrument since it becomes possible to modify and grow the instrument as tastes and needs suggest.
